Anderson-Lee Library – 43 Main St., Silver Creek, (716)934-3468. Anderson-Lee Library will provide printed tax forms, but have not yet received them (1/27/23).
Barker Public Library – 7 Day St., Fredonia, (716)672-8051. Barker Public Library does NOT provide printed tax forms, but will assist users in printing forms from state and federal websites.
Dunkirk Public Library – 536 Central Ave., Dunkirk, (716)366-2511. Dunkirk Public Library provides an informative page regarding federal, New York State, and other states’ tax forms. The library will provide printed tax forms, but have not yet received them (1/27/23).

The United Way of Southern Chautauqua County provides assistance with income tax preparation through its Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA).
Students in the Business Administration program in SUNY Fredonia's School of Business have FredoniaVITA.
